The process for returning products is quite simple – as long as the product is still in its original condition, including all the packaging and documents attached, it can be returned for an exchange, refund or credit note. The product return is done at the expense of the customer, and must contain the Order Confirmation – which is to be sent to our closest office, depending on where you live.
In the occasion that you make a mistake with your order, like a spelling error for example, and wish to make corrections or changes to the product, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. All changes should be amended within four hours of receiving your order confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your order, you should do this within the specified time frame (four hours), as after this, the design will be sent for print.
